If it has been more than 24 hours and you still do not see the points from a purchase added to your rewards account, please contact Customer Care by submitting a request. In the request, please include:
- Your first and last name
- The phone number and email linked to your rewards account
- A clear picture of the receipt from the purchase in question
Once Customer Care receives this information it will be reviewed and they will reach back out to you.
