Certain circumstances may cause a delay/error in the addition of your points. Some examples are:
- The rewards account sign-up has not been completed.
- When a person first registers for The Hello Club, there are a few steps needed to complete the sign-up process. If the sign-up was not fully completed, it can cause issues with applying the points to your account. You can read more about the sign-up process here.

- You have two accounts.
- Sometimes a person will register for two accounts by accident. This second account may interfere with points being applied correctly.
- Sometimes a person will register for two accounts by accident. This second account may interfere with points being applied correctly.
- You shopped anonymously (in applicable states)
- When shopping anonymously you are unable to earn points on the transaction.

- Extended weekends or holidays
If it has been more than four days and you still do not see the points from a purchase added to your rewards account, please contact Customer Care by submitting a request. In the request, please include:
- Your first and last name
- The phone number and email linked to your rewards account
- A clear picture of the receipt from the purchase in question
Once Customer Care receives this information it will be reviewed and they will reach back out to you within 24 hours.
