Hello Club members earn points based on their loyalty tier and annual rolling spend (calculated on net sales before tax).
Loyalty Tiers
Your tier is determined by your rolling annual spend (before tax):
- Hello Member: Less than $1,000 spent annually - Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
- Hello Plus: $1,000 to less than $4,000 spent annually - Earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent
- Hello VIP: $4,000+ spent annually - Earn 2 points for every $1 spent
Current members will automatically be placed into their appropriate tier.
Points Tiers
- 100 pts - $4
- 250 pts - $10
- 500 pts - $20
- 1,000 pts - $40
- 2,000 pts - $80
- 2,500 pts - $100
Points can be earned and redeemed at all Jushi dispensaries, including locations in other states.
- Redemptions start at just 100 points
- No minimum purchase is required to redeem points
- Only one loyalty coupon or reward can be used per transaction, per day
- Maximum redemption value is $100 per transaction, per day
Point Expiration
Points expire 180 days after they are earned, so don't forget to use them before they expire.
