Massachusetts allows the sale of cannabis for medical and adult use (recreational). Only Massachusetts medical patients can shop using the medical menus, as the state doesn't offer reciprocity. Out-of-state medical patients must shop as adult-use customers.
Medical Use (In-state residents only)
- 10 ounces every 60 days
- Temp medical card holders can buy 2.5 ounces in 14 days until their physical copy comes in
- Medical purchase limits are set by the recommending physician
- One visit allowed per day, even if the patient hasn't met their purchase limit
Recreational/Adult Use (In/out-of-state residents)

28.35 grams of cannabis every 24 hours
- Customers can purchase up to 5 grams of cannabis concentrates and 500 mg of edibles/ingestible
- One visit allowed per day, even if the patient hasn't met their purchase limit
