Once an online order is placed, it is unable to be changed online. The dispensary may or may not be able to accommodate a change prior to pick-up. It is best to call your dispensary and discuss any changes needed. If you are unable to reach the dispensary, please alert an associate at check-out of the change.
If you need to cancel an order, you may have the ability in some instances to cancel your online order and place a new one. If you are unable to cancel the order, the dispensary will cancel it within a few hours of it not being picked up at the selected time.
