Use the search bar - try variations of your bank's name. If no luck, contact support@iheartjane.com.

Check your email for a receipt and/or check your activity log by tapping your initials in the top-right of JanePay. If the payment is missing, please try again.
Can I link my debit/credit card to JanePay?
No, JanePay connects directly to your bank. This allows for higher security, faster transactions, and lower costs.
Is there an JanePay app to download?
No, JanePay is browser-based. No app download is required.
Does JanePay charge customer transaction fees?
JanePay does not charge any fees to customers.
What will a payment look like in my bank account?
Any payment made via JanePay will appear as "Beyond/ Hello (LOCATION)"
I returned something that I paid for with Jane Pay. When do I get my money back?
- ACH refunds can take 3-5 business days to process. This is due to standard bank processing and we're unable to expedite the transaction.
