You can redeem your points for discounts. The redemption rate and their discounts are:
- 200 Points = $10 Off
- 1000 Points = $60 Off
- 2000 Points = $140 Off
Earned Hello Club Rewards can be redeemed with all Promotions and Discounts unless explicitly stated. Customers/Patients/Caregivers can only redeem 1 reward per day and must redeem their reward(s) earned that day, on a future purchase.
For Pennsylvania only, all points might take up to 72 hours after purchase before they are added to your account.
For Massachusetts, only medical patients are eligible to sign up for The Hello Club.
