Nevada has a medical marijuana program, and they also allow the sale to adult-use (recreational) customers. Nevada allows medical sales to both in-state and out-of-state patients. A valid, unexpired medical card is required to shop as a medical patient. The purchase limits are:
- Recreational Use (In and Out of state residents)
- Up to 1 ounce of cannabis
- Up to 1/8 of an ounce of concentrated cannabis
- Customers can shop as often as needed, as long as they are within their purchase limits.
- Medical Use (In-state residents only)
- 5 ounces every two weeks for medical
- Patients’ allotments reset every 14 days.
- Patients can shop as often as needed, as long as they are within their purchase limits.
