Ohio is a medical only state. They don’t have any reciprocity agreements with other states. By law, only Ohio residents are eligible for the program. The Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program has mandated a purchase limit for patients to abide by. The patients can buy up to a 90-day supply and have an additional three 90-day refills. The daily limits are broken down from the 90-day limit (2.83 grams of flower * 90 = 9 ounces) The limits are outlined below:
Daily limits:
- 83 grams of plant material
- 295 milligrams of THC in patches, lotions, creams, or ointments
- 110 milligrams of THC in oil, tincture, capsule, or edible for oral administration
- 590 milligrams of THC in oil for vaporization (Carts/disposables)
90 Day limits
- No more than 9 ounces of plant material
- No more than 26.55 grams of THC content in patches, lotions, creams, or ointments
- No more than 9 and 9/10 grams of THC content in oil, tincture, capsule, or edible form
- No more than 53 an 1/10 grams in oil for vaporization
Terminal illness (90 days)
- no more than 10 ounces of plant material
- No more than 33 3/10 of THC in patches, lotions, creams, or ointments
- No more than 11 and 7/10 of THC in oil, tincture, capsule, or edible
- No more than 65 and 7/10 grams of THC in concentrated oils for vaporization
